DATA PROTECTION
Under Article 19 et seq. of Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and amending certain acts, as amended, in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and free movement such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter “GDPR”).
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 19 et seq. of Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Protection Act”), we will provide you as a data subject with the following information on the processing of your personal data.

Access to personal data:
When processing personal data, in addition to the processor and the companies related to the controller and staff, other persons processing personal data other than processors may have personal data. Specific continually updated list of processors, recipients of personal data processed on behalf of the controller, in the following categories:
• Companies providing marketing services
• Companies providing payroll, accounting and personnel services
• Companies providing internal and external audit services
• Companies providing educational services
Legal basis:
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is usually the fulfillment of a legal obligation (Act No. 18/2018 Coll. On the protection of personal data), conclusion, administration and fulfillment of contractual obligations arising from employment and commercial contracts, legitimate interest, which is protection of rights. and the interests of the controller and their staff protected by law, as well as the consent of the data subject (for marketing, competitions, social events, etc.). Consent to the processing of personal data must be granted voluntarily and the person concerned may withdraw consent at any time. However, consent is necessary for the auditor to ensure, for example, corporate events and the like, and without such consent, the auditor is not entitled to provide the relevant services. If the data subject refuses to provide the personal data needed to fulfill the contractual obligations of the controllers or to comply with the law, the controller is not obliged to enter into a contract or provide other services.
Personal data processed:
We collect customer name, email address, shipping and billing address, payment information, company name, phone number, IP address, order information, store information supported by the controller, and information about the devices and browsers you use. We collect this information when you use or enter a store that uses our services, such as when you visit a merchant’s site, place an order, or register an account at a point of sale. When we visit or browse the lplconsultant.com website, we collect information about the device and browser being used, your network connection, IP address, and information about cookies installed on your device. We also collect personal information that you submit through any of the messaging features available on our website. We collect your name, email address, website URL, and other personal information that you may post from forum users.
Processing and Sharing Purpose:
We use this information to provide services to our merchants, including support and order processing, verification, and payments. We also use this information to improve our services. The Reviewer also works with third parties and service providers to provide services to our merchants, and we can share personal information with them to support these efforts.
We may also share your information under the following circumstances:
• Prevent, investigate or act against illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations with a potential threat to the physical safety of any person, violation of our Terms of Use or any other agreement related to services or law otherwise.
• If the merchant you visit or access the store directs us to transmit this information (for example, if they allow a third-party app that accesses the customer’s personal information).
• Compliance with legal requirements or responding to legal injunctions, summonses, warrants or other requests from public authorities.
Personal information may also be shared with a company that acquires our business or trading with a merchant whose business you visit or to which you have access through a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, liquidation, reorganization or other similar transaction or action.
Retention of personal data and duration of processing:
The controller shall be authorized to process the personal data of the data subjects for a period determined in accordance with the relevant legislation. The processing of personal data is only possible for the period for which consent was given. Consent shall be given to the controller for the next three (3) years or until the date of withdrawal. Upon expiry of the relevant period, personal data shall be deleted unless their storage is required under the relevant Slovak legislation.
Data subject related to the processing of personal data:
With regards to the processing of personal data, the data subject may exercise the following rights:
the right of access and disclosure of their personal data;
the right to rectify personal data;
the right to delete personal data;
the right to limit the processing of personal data;
the right to portability of personal data;
the right to object to the processing of personal data;
the right to inefficiency̌ of automated individual decision making, including profiling;
the right to withdraw consent at any time (if consent is the legal basis for processing);

The data subject may be subject to the provisions of Articles 21 et seq. the Data Protection Act in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the GDPR, as well as other relevant legislation. The persons concerned may exercise their rights against the Controller upon written request sent or delivered to the Controller’s registered office: Južná 36, Nitra 949 01 or by e-mail to: info@pressburger.sk. The application shall include the following information: first name, surname, date of birth and permanent residence in order to enable the controller to identify the person concerned. The controller may request additional information necessary to verify the identity of the data subject if they have reasonable doubts about the identity of the natural person. The controller shall provide the person concerned with information on the measures taken at his request within one (1) month of receipt of the application. In justified cases, in terms of complexity and number of requests, the controller may extend the above period by a further two (2) months, even repeatedly. The controller shall inform the persons concerned of such extension within one (1) month of receipt of the application, stating the reasons for the extension of the period. Where the data subject has applied in electronic form, the controller shall provide the information in electronic form, unless the data subject has otherwise requested the information.
If the controller fails to act at the request of the data subject, he/she is obliged to inform the data subject of the reasons for inactivity within one (1) month of receipt of the request as well as the possibility of filing an application under Article 100 of the Data Protection Act with the Office personal information. Notifications of measures taken shall be provided free of charge. Where the request of the data subject is manifestly unfounded or inappropriate, in particular because of its recurrent nature, the operator may charge a reasonable fee considering the administrative costs of providing information or a reasonable fee considering the administrative costs of notification or a reasonable fee considering or refusal to act upon request. The reviewer shall demonstrate that the application is unfounded or inappropriate.
The Reviewer understands that you have the right to your personal information and will take reasonable steps to allow you to access, correct, change, delete or restrict your personal information. If you’re a merchant or partner, you can update many types of personal information, such as payment or contact information, directly in your account settings. If you are unable to change your personal information in your account settings, or if you are concerned about data obtained when you visit www.lplconsultant.com or our support services, please contact us to make the changes you wish to. It is important to remember that if you remove or restrict the use of your personal information, services may not work properly.
